We work with all insurance companies. If you need insurance assistance, our friendly office team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have or arrange for assistance throughout your claims process.

How do i know if my insurance will cover the repairs?

You need to speak with your insurance provider to let them know you are getting an estimate. When you’re talking to your agent, you will also want to find out how much your deductible is. Once you’ve notified them, schedule your estimate with us and we’ll handle the rest.

How long will it take?

We understand how inconvenient it can be without access to your vehicle for everyday tasks. At Norton’s Body Shop, we want to get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Each repair process is different and there will be varying factors to consider in determining the length we will need your vehicle for repair. Rest assured knowing we will keep you updated every step of the way.

We are open for business Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Can you match the paint color?

Norton’s Body Shop has uses PPGTM automotive paint and refinishing products with precision, in-house color match capabilities to provide you with an exceptional automotive finish.

Can I get other service work done while my car is in the auto body shop?

Yes! Just let us know what automotive service you would like performed. We offer a comprehensive list of automotive services.

What if I need a rental car?

We are more than happy to assist you with arranging a rental car with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car® or Hertz® in the event you need one.

How do I pay you?

We want to make it easy for you. We accept Cash, insurance checks and all major credit cards.

Do I have to use the auto body shop my insurance company tells me I have to?

Many insurance companies will provide you a list of preferred auto collision repair shops in your area to use after your collision; however, it is your right to choose where you take your vehicle for auto body repairs.

Norton’s Body Shop has ASE and I-CAR® factory-trained repair technicians on hand to assist you with all of your automotive collision repair, restoration, inspection, and emission needs.

When can I wash my car?

We recommend that you take a lot of precautions with your vehicle for the first 30 days after repair. If you are going to wash it, we recommend initially skipping the commercial car wash and washing it by hand with cool water and a very mild cleaning solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Let it air dry too!
